Please read these terms carefully before using our software ecosystem. By using Crafted, you agree to these conditions below.
These Terms of Service (EULA) govern your use of AI Agents developed by Crafted.
1. Usage License
Crafted grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt unauthorized access, or use them for any illegal purpose.
3. Payments & Billing
Our payment processing and billing are handled by our end. By making a purchase or starting a subscription, you also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We serve as the merchant of record for all transactions.
Service Availability: (Last Update: May 2026) Please note that Crafted AI framework services are currently in staging mode and are not yet live for production use. During this period, we collect only customer information for waitlist purposes.
4. Refund Policy & Process
We aim for complete transparency regarding our billing. While we offer digital services that consume immediate AI compute resources, we recognize certain exceptions:
- Why we refund: Technical failures or service un-availability that prevent our service quality, duplicate billing, fraudulent billing, or if a service is demonstrably different from its description to keep our quality high. If in one of these cases we cancel subscription and refund the payment.
- How to request: Refunds and subscription cancellations are done if services are un-available or not hosted. If the case customer want to submit a request can visit our Support Portal within 7 days of the transaction manually
- Processing: Earlier we used Polar (Merchant of Record) for payment processing. Approved refunds are initiated immediately through their platform and typically reflect on your statement within 5-10 business days. You may contact with their support team in order to get answer about your billing/refund questions. Since May 2026 we are migrating to our own payment processing system and onwards.
- Trial Periods: We encourage using any available trial periods to ensure the service meets your needs before committing to a paid plan, currently we dont offer.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafted shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps. The software is provided "as is".
6. Platform-Specific Terms
6.1 Mobile Application
Our mobile application is available for iOS and Android devices and is subject to additional platform-specific terms and conditions.
- App Store Terms: For iOS users, you agree to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
- Google Play Terms: For Android users, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.
- Device Compatibility: The mobile app requires iOS 14+ or Android 8+ with minimum 2GB RAM.
- Background Processing: AI processing may continue in background for optimal performance.
- Offline Mode: Limited functionality available offline; full features require internet connection.
- Push Notifications: Required for real-time agent updates and important service notifications.
- Storage: Local storage used for caching and offline data; may be cleared in app settings.
6.2 macOS Desktop Application
Our macOS desktop application provides enhanced capabilities for professional users and is subject to macOS-specific requirements.
- System Requirements: macOS 12.0 (Monterey) or later, Apple Silicon or Intel processor, 8GB RAM minimum.
- Apple Notarization: Application is Apple-notarized for security and compatibility.
- Sandbox Compliance: App operates within macOS sandbox for enhanced security.
- File System Access: Limited access to user-selected directories only.
- Network Access: Required for AI model communication and updates.
- Automatic Updates: Updates downloaded and installed automatically with user consent.
- Terminal Integration: Optional command-line interface for advanced users.
6.3 Web Application
Our web application provides cross-platform accessibility through modern web browsers with cloud-based AI processing.
- Browser Support: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+ with JavaScript enabled.
- WebAssembly: Utilizes WebAssembly for enhanced performance in supported browsers.
- Local Storage: Uses browser localStorage for preferences and session data.
- Cookies: Required for authentication and session management.
- Cross-Origin: API calls made to our secure endpoints with proper CORS handling.
- Responsive Design: Optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
- Service Workers: Optional offline caching for improved performance.
7. Subscription/Refund & Account Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or our billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Our support team can assist with cancellations using your customer information and subscription details.
App Store Distribution & Support
For any mobile and desktop apps built by us and distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, please note that Apple and Google serve as the official distributors and are responsible for handling refunds, subscription management, and payment processing.
Crafted's Role: We provide technical support, versioning updates, and continuous quality improvements based on user feedback. For all refund requests, subscription changes, or billing inquiries, please contact Apple App Store Support or Google Play Store Support directly through their respective platforms.
What We Can Help With: Technical issues, bug reports, feature requests, app functionality questions, and quality improvements based on your feedback and usage patterns.
Why a subscription may be cancelled by us:
- Policy Violations: Breach of our usage terms, including unauthorized access or misuse of AI models.
- Abuse: Excessive resource consumption that impacts service stability for other users.
- Fraud: Suspicious payment activity or fraudulent account creation.
- Non-payment: Failure to settle outstanding balances after multiple renewal attempts.
- Service Disruption: If our services are experiencing technical issues, we immediately refund your payment.
8. User Rights Protection
At Crafted, we are strongly committed to protecting your fundamental rights as a user and customer.
- Right to Information: Clear, accessible information about our services, pricing, and terms.
- Right to Choice: Control over your data and how it's used, with easy opt-out options.
- Right to Service: Reliable access to our platform without discrimination or unfair treatment.

- Right to Privacy: Robust protection of your personal information and digital identity.
- Right to Digital Safety: Protection from harmful content and secure online environment.
