About the job

Crafted's autonomous agents run on Microsoft Azure, powered by LLMs through OpenAI services with Azure Foundry, and supported by Redis, PostgreSQL, Python, Terraform, and continuous CI/CD. As a Front Deployment Engineer, you will own the deployment, reliability, and scaling of this infrastructure — provisioning Azure resources with Terraform, shipping through CI/CD, and working directly with clients to deliver and troubleshoot production deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Crafted's agent deployments on Azure DevOps
  • Manage Crafted's Azure infrastructure with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response for Crafted's production systems (Redis, PostgreSQL, Python services)
  • Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, troubleshoot deployments, and deliver solutions

Requirements

  • Deep experience with Microsoft Azure and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
  • Strong CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps or equivalent) for continuous delivery
  • Working knowledge of Redis, PostgreSQL, and Python-based services
  • Familiarity with LLM/OpenAI Foundry deployments and cloud-native observability tooling
  • Excellent client-facing communication and troubleshooting skills
